A CINEMATIC RUSH

For the fourth edition of the Red Sea Film Festival, we crafted a high-energy, punchy teaser — a love letter to unforgettable cinema and a sharp nod to the festival’s bold new identity.

The teaser takes viewers on a fast-paced ride through three iconic films — Dune, Moonrise Kingdom, and The Silence of the Lambs — each chosen for their wildly different styles but united by the power of great storytelling.

 

Staying true to the festival’s fourth edition theme "The Timeline" we built the entire spot around a visual language of geometric rectangles, echoing film frames and the passage of time. These elements aren't just decoration; they act as guides, dividers, and storytellers themselves, leading viewers through a tight, thrilling 30 seconds.

The catch? We had one week to deliver from start to finish. Every frame had to earn its spot. Every second had to hit hard.

The short deadline turned out to be a creative gift. It pushed us into a playful, kinetic design style — bold colors, sharp transitions, and dynamic compositions that made the teaser feel alive. The compact format gave us permission to move fast, stay loose, and lean into the energy of the festival.

 

What really made it click was trust. The Red Sea team backed our vision from day one, giving us the freedom to experiment inside their brand world. That creative space turned pressure into play — and play into something that captures the spirit of the festival: bold, bright, and unforgettable.
